Meet Kamau Washiri
Kamau Washiri is a disabled Army Veteran, who served during the Vietnam Era. He spent time in Germany, Belgium and Amsterdam. A native Columbian, Washiri graduated from Hanberry High in Blythewood, South Carolina. He attended the University of South Carolina and received an Associate of Arts Degree. Washiri stays as active as possible both physically and mentally, despite his disability.
